Why philanthropic safaris for women?

I love my husband. I loved my dad, and I love my male family and friends. But it does not mean that I want to travel with them! Especially not on a philanthropic safari!

I like to do my own things when I travel. I don’t sit on a beach every day - but when I do sit on a beach for half a day - I love it.
Sometimes I take a boat ride. Other times I will do a hike. I don’t know what I want until I am travelling and then I like to make decisions on a daily basis. That is me.
That is why I like to travel alone. In my last 8 adventures, I went alone as a 50+ year old woman. Every adventure, I met other women and instantly we connected. We were the same, but had no idea about each other. We were different colours, creeds, backgrounds but somehow the same. I have strong friendships and bonds with everyone I met travelling. We connected in a way that is different to your best friend or neighbour. I also felt safe. They have no expectations about you and you have no back knowledge of them. You start on an equal level with the love of adventure connecting you.

That is why, I have created this female-led tour. Why I created an ethical and sustainable African adventure safari... Because I like to be different. I love watching animals, but I cannot do it every day for ten days. I love taking pictures, but my back and arms will start aching on day 2. This tour package is for those of you that like culture, conservation, and community as well as a good night's sleep.
We mix healing with nature, and the effects are amazing. If you would like to read more or find out more about this package. The itinerary is here.
Is this ethical women's safari for you?
