Before joining this safari experience, we invite you to carefully review the information below. These documents are provided to ensure transparency and to help you feel fully informed and prepared before confirming your participation.
We require a deposit of USD 600 to confirm the reservation of the trip. Then the final payment should be made 45 days before travel.
Terms and Conditions
Our Terms & Conditions outline important details regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, participation requirements, and general policies related to this journey.

We encourage all participants to read our terms carefully to understand the structure of the experience and the conditions under which it is offered.

​1. We require a deposit of USD 600 per person at time of reservation. Final payment is requested 45 days prior to travel
2. If you cancel 90 days before the trip, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Some internal airlines only offer 15Kg of luggage. That is why we recommend you pack clothes for the whole trip and use a travel bag. This means that you can leave your luggage at the Hyatt Place when flying to Maasai Mara and use a smaller travel bag.
4. We highly recommend you take out travel insurance at the time of reservation.
5. A Visa is needed for Kenya. You will need an itinerary from us to book this visa. It should be done (latest) two weeks prior to travel. We do not cover the cost of your visa.
6. Your passport MUST be valid for 6 months or longer, otherwise you will not be able to travel.
7. Please tell us in advance of any health issues that you have and sign our liability form
8. Please pay on time or communicate with us if you would like to pay monthly. We will provide an online payment system via www.benaroberts.com
